Atlanta, Ga. (May 15, 2025) – Piedmont has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Gen Z for 2025 based on an assessment by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group.
The list is based on an assessment of publicly accessible data, discussions and interviews with Human Resources professionals and large-scale confidential online surveys conducted among more than 75,000 Gen Z employees from U.S. companies.
“Piedmont’s goal is to be an employer of choice for a top-tier and diverse work force and this honor is a testament to those efforts,” Piedmont President and CEO Kevin Brown said. “We are honored to be recognized as one of America’s greatest workplaces for Gen Z and a place where our employees can grow and recognize their potential.”
Newsweek states that the America’s Greatest Workplaces for Gen Z list identifies employers across the U.S. excelling in areas that matter most to young professionals: belonging and community, sustainability and awareness, compensation and benefits, training and career progression, work-life-balance, working environment, company image, mental wellbeing, job security and corporate culture.
“The ranking reflects the positive culture we foster, which supports our mission of making a positive difference in every life we touch,” said Piedmont Chief Human Resources Officer Alison Smith.
