Atlanta, Ga. (October 18, 2024) – Piedmont has expanded access to primary care options in Gwinnett County with the opening of Piedmont Primary Care of Lilburn.
The new location opened Oct. 14 at 4045 Five Forks Trickum Road SW, Suite C13, and is Piedmont’s third primary care clinic in Gwinnett.
"Our goal is to help the community stay ahead of their long-term health by providing convenient access to quality care," said Michelle Fisher, Piedmont’s President of Primary Care & Retail Services. "Our doctors are here to help develop personalized care for each patient that can lead to positive health outcomes. Establishing a trusted relationship with a primary care doctor is a great way to do that."
Appointments are available for services such as well and sick visits, annual exams, sports physicals, vaccinations and immunizations, preventative care, women’s health and wellness, and more. Patients will also have access to same-day appointments, online scheduling, and video visits for safe access to Piedmont’s care team.
"Having another avenue for patients to work with a medical professional to monitor and manage their health and underlying health issues is a great win for the community and for Piedmont’s mission to provide quality care close to home," said Larry Ebert, CEO of Piedmont Eastside Hospital.
