Athens, Ga. (September 6, 2023) — Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center and the Piedmont Physicians Obstetrics and Gynecology OHC are pleased to welcome Kristen Quick, M.D., to the practice. Dr. Quick joins Austin Evans, M.D., Casey Evans, M.D., and Elizabeth Garcia, M.D., and will see patients at clinics in Athens at 242 King Ave., Suite 120, and in Watkinsville at 1305 Jennings Mill Road, Suite 290B, at the Oconee Health Campus.

Dr. Quick is passionate about providing individualized obstetric and gynecological care to patients through all stages of life. She has a special interest in treating expecting mothers with diabetes and offers comprehensive care for low- and high-risk pregnancies.

Dr. Quick is a graduate of the University of Georgia (UGA), where she received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture/Biological Science. While in school at UGA, Dr. Quick served as a student volunteer at Piedmont Athens Regional, where she assisted medical staff and patients prior to surgery. She completed her medical degree at Mercer University School of Medicine before completing her OB-GYN residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
