Monroe, Ga. (May 14, 2025) – Piedmont Walton Hospital and Piedmont Physicians of Monroe recently partnered to host a two-day sports physical clinic for Walton County high school students preparing for the upcoming school year. This marks the second year the event has been held to help students conveniently fulfill this requirement.

The clinic, held at the Piedmont Physicians of Monroe primary care practice, provided physicals for 240 students from 10 Walton County schools, ensuring they meet the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) requirements. Nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff from the practice donated their time and expertise to support the event, ensuring the process was smooth, efficient, and welcoming for every student.
