Scientific Review Committees Initiate A Study E-Forms & Systems Supporting Your Trial

We are pleased that you are interested in participating in research at Piedmont Healthcare. The Office of Research Services works to facilitate the submission, approval, and maintenance of your research project.
 

To Initiate a Clinical Trial, Study, or Grant:

• The ORS In-take Form should be completed for funded studies.
• Pending approval of the study by the SRC, study documents should be forwarded to ors@piedmont.org:
  • Including ORS In-take Form
  • Investigator curricula vitae
  • Clinical trial agreement template
  • Study protocol
  • Draft consent
  • Supporting regulatory documents

Once all required documents are received by ORS, the pre-award and regulatory process is initiated. If you have questions or need assistance at any milestone in this process, please contact us at ors@piedmont.org.
