Requirements & Highlights

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
• Epic EMR
• Ability to provide primary care services to all ages or 12 & up
• Commit to a Monday – Friday schedule; normally 8am-5pm
• Assigned Medical Assistant for each Provider
• Located on Piedmont Eastside Hospital campus
• Close proximity to specialists and inpatient services

Services: Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations &Immunizations
