Thank you for attending! We had more than 200 learners from across Piedmont attend our 13th Annual Primary Care Conference.

About the Conference

Educational Objectives

At the conclusion of the conference, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss evidence-based treatment options for medical conditions commonly seen in primary care relative to the knowledge and expertise of each of the inter-professional team members.
  • Identify collaborative behaviors necessary for the effective implementation of appropriate treatment options for medical conditions commonly seen in the primary care setting.
  • Describe their role in the diagnosis, management, and referral of patients with medical conditions commonly seen in the primary care setting.
  • Employ skills to foster inter-professional team work and team-based, collaborative care for patients with medical conditions commonly seen in the primary care setting.

Piedmont physicians and staff: No fee
