Piedmont Athens Ultrasound Conference for Vendors

We would be honored to have your exhibit at the 3rd Annual Piedmont Athens Regional Ultrasound Conference that will be hosting well-known guest speakers as well as offering up to 12 CME credits. We are expecting more than 150 attendees including sonographers, students, program directors, and other members of the ultrasound community.

If you are interested, please read the following information and then fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We had over 120 sonographers at our 1st conference which led to multiple contacts being made for machine demos and possible purchases.

Exhibit Fees

The Exhibit Hall will be officially open all day giving attendees the option to view booths during lecture times. Booths must be staffed by at least one company representative at all times.

  • 10’ x 8’ booth
  • $200 for Saturday, Aug. 4 (Includes 2 registrations for your company representatives and 2 admissions to the networking dinner). Email Sara Logan at sara.logan@piedmont.org if you would like to exhibit on Sunday as well. No extra fee.

Fee includes:

  • Electrical Power
  • 6’ skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Your company logo in the educational booklet

*The ability to perform live scanning on models and attendees is currently on hold. Please prepare to bring images and videos, phantoms, or other objects to scan in place of models.

Sponsorship Opportunities

In addition to the exhibit booth, your company has the opportunity to sponsor additional items. As each item is sponsored, it will be removed from the registration site.

Snacks:  $1,000
Your company logo/signage will be placed on the food stations during breaks for both days.

Bag:  $1,500
Your company logo will appear on the back of the conference bags (conference logo on the front).

Breakfast:  $2,000
Panera Bread Saturday and Sunday:  Your company banner/signage will be placed at the breakfast stations.

Lunch:  $1,500
Panera Bread Saturday and Sunday:  Your company banner/signage will be placed at the lunch stations.

Networking Dinner:  $2,000
Saturday Aug. 4 in the Medical Services Building. Dinner will include a lecture which will offer attendees an extra CME credit.


All submissions must be made before July 21, 2018. No refunds can be given after July 21.

Exhibit Hall Hours: 6:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment Breaks)
Installation Hours: Friday, Aug. 3 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. / Saturday, Aug. 4 from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m.
Dismantle Hours: Saturday, Aug. 4 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. / Sunday, Aug. 5 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

*The exhibit hall will be open at all times and vendor booths must be staffed by at least one representative. We want to allow the maximum amount of exposure and give attendees the option of either attending a lecture or testing a product.
