The Piedmont Royston Community Care Clinic (CCC) accepts all adult patients regardless of insurance status--no patient is too ill for us. We aim to provide patient-centered comprehensive care.

NEW! Video visits, also known as telehealth or virtual visits, allow you to meet with Piedmont primary care providers from the comfort of your home via smart phone, tablet, or computer for the same cost as an in-person visit. Use for COVID-19, cold, cough, fever or flu-like symptom evaluation; COVID consult visit prior to rapid testing or antibody testing; medication refills; Medicare annual wellness visits; test results reviews; changing treatment plans; behavioral health, including depression and anxiety; or follow-ups after hospital discharge.
