Athens, Ga (November 6, 2023)— Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center and Piedmont Physicians Group are pleased to announce that Bryce Kerr, M.D., has joined Piedmont Physicians Oconee Health Campus Family Medicine. Dr. Kerr’s office is located at 1305 Jennings Mill Road, Suite 210, in Watkinsville.

Dr. Kerr has practiced medicine since 2020 and specializes in preventative medicine, adolescent medicine, and transgender care. He offers treatments for most common chronic conditions as well as acute illness and injury. He performs many in-office procedures such as skin biopsies, joint injections, laceration repair (stitches), as well as contraceptive insertion and removal.

Dr. Kerr is a graduate of Ohio State University and earned his doctor of medicine from the Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2017. He completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency in Fort Collins, CO. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Kerr worked at Duke University Health Systems as a consulting physician and assistant faculty at the Duke University School of Medicine. He is board certified in family medicine and bilingual in English and Spanish.
