All Remote Access Users on Windows
Please install the Citrix client from the link below. To remote print, you will also need to install the printing client from the link below. (Internet Explorer is recommended, especially for printing.) You will only need to install these clients one time. After installing, please "accept" the Piedmont Athens Regional terms and conditions upon entering the website.
1. Install Citrix Client
- Browse to https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-receiver.html.
- Click the Save As option to save the file (Make a note of where the file is saved)
- Once the file has been saved, click the Open Folder button
- Find the downloaded file -- CitrixReceiver.exe
- Right click on this file and click "Run as Administrator"
- The Citrix client will be installed
2. Install Printer Client
Internet Explorer is recommended. To print documents using RAP, you'll need to install the following printing client.

3. Login
Once you click the "I Accept" link below, you will get a logon page. Logon with you network user ID and password. Double click the application you want and it should open.

All Remote Access Users on Macs

Install Citrix Client
- Browse to https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/
- Click Workspace App for Mac to show the available options.
- Click Workspace App for Mac to show the download link.
- Click the Citrix Workspace app #### for Mac.
- Browse to the download folder.
- Open the CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg file.
- Launch Install Citrix Workspace App.
Install Printer Client
Install the Screwdrivers client: RAP Printer Client (You only need to install this software once).
Login
Once you click the "I Accept" link below, you will get a logon page. Logon with you network user ID and password. Double click the application you want and it should open.

To configure iPad/iPhone for PAR Remote Access:
- Install the Citrix Receiver from the AppStore.
- Open Receiver and click Add Account (For the address, use: https://remote.piedmont.org/)
- Click Next.
- In the Username field, type your PAR username.
- In the Domain field, type armcdom.
- Click Save.
You can then launch your desired applications.
