The Volunteer Department is looking for warm and welcoming volunteers who can provide a friendly face to greet its patients. The department is in need of volunteers Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Greeting patients and directing them to registration if necessary
• Escorting patients to discharge area by wheelchair
• Labeling of patient charts with patient identification

If volunteers escort patients to discharge, then the ability to push is needed. There are no hazardous materials involved. Adults and teens are welcome to volunteer for Endoscopy.
