For spiritual services, please contact the main hospital operator at 770-400-1000. The Immanuel Memorial Chapel is located on the first floor of the main hospital.
 

Service Excellence/Customer Service Department

Piedmont Newnan is here to help you with your questions and concerns. Should you have a concern during your visit to Piedmont Newnan, please ask for the Nursing or Unit Leader in your area. In addition to our Nursing and Unit Leaders, we also have a Customer Service Facilitator, who is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to address concerns for persons who are not currently patients in the hospital.
