Nominate a provider for the Howard S. Weldon, Jr. Leadership Award:
- Demonstrates constructive advocacy for medical staff/medical staff department in interactions with the Medical Executive Committee and hospital administration
- Participates in medical staff committee(s)
- Actively participates as a member of his/her medical staff department
- Advocates for patient care quality and safety practices
- Evidence membership in professional organizations, community volunteer organizations and/or pursuing educational endeavors to enhance skills
