Benefits Information

To find an AETNA Physician:

Visit the Find a Doctor tool on the AETNA website

  • Click START a NEW SEARCH in the middle of the screen.
  • Enter your search criteria.
  • Under SELECT a plan choose ARHS Medical Plan Providers and then click search.
  • Select the dark gray NETWORK tab to find an Aetna providers as the friends/family tab is not returning results at this time.
     

To create an online AETNA profile:

Visit the AETNA website

  • Log in/register at the top right of the screen.
  • Select social security for initial enrollment.
  • Follow prompts on the screen to build your profile.  
     

For new employees only to enroll for benefits:

There you will find a BENEFIT INFORMATION page that has several tools to insure you are making informed decisions regarding your benefit elections. Nearly 2,000 of our employees are members of the Getting Involved For Tomorrow or GIFT program. Their donations have raised more than $4 million for services and support programs. Some projects funded by GIFT include blanket warmers in Pediatrics, medication assistance for the Loran Smith Center for Cancer Support and financial support for employees in emergency situations.
