Mobile Apps

At the beginning of training, we provide all residents with an iPad Mini, which allows easy access to Epic (our electronic medical records system), their email, calendar and schedules.

We utilize Blackboard as our electronic learning management system, hosting all curricula, schedules, policies and recordings of lectures.

MyEvaluations is our residency management system. On MyEvaluations, residents and faculty complete evaluations, track duty hours, and submit procedure logs.

Also available through the PAR physicians portal is quick access to Access Medicine, CDC Mobile, Essential Evidence Plus, Mobile Medline Plus, Up-to-Date and Lexicomp.
 

Board Preparation

To prepare for the American Board of Internal Medicine Certifying Examination, weekly board review sessions are held every Thursday at 3 p.m. Morning Report sessions include board review questions.  Additionally, the program purchases MKSAP for all third-year residents to prepare them for their board exams.
