Program Signals
While we preferentially review applications from those who signal our program, we also consider applicants who do not signal us. Gold program signals are interpreted as a higher interest in our program than silver and none, therefore, gold signals have a higher likelihood of receiving interview invitations, if the candidate meets out criteria. Geographic preferences are also considered. Our program does not use program/geographic signals for rank list decision-making.
Interview Invitations
Piedmont Athens Regional following the Alliance of Academic Internal Medicine (AAIM) Guidelines for interview scheduling. We will be releasing initial interview invitations on Tuesday and Fridays after 3:00 PM EST. All interview invitations will be sent out prior to November 1st.
