Current Responsibilities

Caitlin Still joined the Piedmont Healthcare Foundation as a Manager of Major Gifts in 2018 and transitioned into her role as the Director of Annual Giving, Grants & Communications in March 2021.  In her role, Caitlin oversees the Foundation’s annual giving campaigns, as well as a portfolio of major donors. She also manages the communications strategy for the Foundation, working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the Piedmont community to share how philanthropy impacts the patient-centered care we provide at Piedmont.
 

Prior Experience

Before joining the Piedmont family, Caitlin served as the Director of Development and Communications at Wholesome Wave Georgia (WWG) for two and a half years. During her time at WWG, Caitlin developed and implemented the organization’s fundraising strategy--including individual giving, grants, and special events—increasing their annual budget by over 80 percent. Caitlin began her non-profit career in 2011 as a Special Events Coordinator for Camp Twin Lakes, managing several fundraising events, including Spin For Kids: an annual bike ride event that garnered 1,000 participants and raised over $400,000 each year.

Caitlin is a graduate of the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University with her BBA in Marketing and Organizational Management.
