Jasper, Ga. (August 14, 2019) – Piedmont Mountainside Hospital announced its top 2018 – 2019 Promise 360 winners at its annual awards ceremony at Chateau Meichtry.

Johnie Pickelsimer, a secretary in the medical-surgical unit took top honors as Promise 360 Champion, while Maria Nava, a paramedic in the emergency department, and Ginger Mull, a charge nurse on the medical-surgical unit, earned top Spotlight Champion recognition.

“All of our Promise 360 winners exemplify the type of care we provide to patients at Piedmont Mountainside,” said Denise Ray, CEO of Piedmont Mountainside. “They truly care for others and routinely demonstrate kindness and skill beyond compare.”

Each month, Piedmont Mountainside awards two Promise 360 winners – a Champion and a Spotlight Champion. Those winners are invited to the annual Promise 360 celebration, where top winners are chosen. The top winners will represent Piedmont Mountainside at the system-wide Promise 360 celebration in October.

Promise 360 winners have been nominated by patients, patient family members, visitors or co-workers for going above and beyond to fulfill the Piedmont Promise of making a positive difference in every life they touch.

All of the winners demonstrate the Piedmont values of championing patient centered care, exemplifying teamwork and connections, being an owner and embracing the future.

Piedmont Mountainside’s Promise 360 winners for 2018 – 2019 were: Stacy Lynch (honored twice), Jennifer Lovingood, Vanessa Moreno, Sonya Standridge, Sherry Mumper, Roxanna Mota, Johnie Pickelsimer, Chrisse Ralston, Lauren Cochran, Michelle Thomason, Rachel Nichols, Angela Wheeler, Cynthia Jones, Janett Ray, Judy Shaw, Hailey Seabolt, Ann Bryant, Angela Dotson, Ginger Mull, Bill Bennett, Maria Nava, Amelia Cudney and Adolfo Sanchez.
